Remember to take care of your health and body. You better be creative and put your time in skills that really make a difference to you and your beloved ones. The last few days were into the kitchen, into the sun, walking, biking, being outdoors as much as possible in my neighbourhood and just enjoy every day to the fullest… To everyone who wants some health-tips about plant-based foods like vegan ice-cream of popsicles, salads, dishes, soups or any kind of skin treatments with natural oils, please mail me and let me know what you need.
I want to encourage you to make healthy food decisions and always choose organic wholefoods. Go and make a choice of your prefered cookingbooks, make your shoppinglist before you enter the grocery store or biomarket place, so you have all the needed ingredients and come home with even more inspiration. It can be a combination of frozen foods and veggies, fresh herbs ๐ŸŒฟ, fresh veggies ๐Ÿฅฌ, tomatoes ๐Ÿ…, apples ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ and so much more. Daily routines like cleaning your house, removing your dishes from the dishwasher, washing your clothes regularly, making up your beds, gardening, yoga, stretching and strengthening exercises, go for a walk or just enjoying your terrace or garden, playing games with your kids, reading books, can be wonderful to inspire your day. Call a friend, send some love to people you have in life. All the small gestures do matter.ย 
Even as an entrepreneur we should be taking time off to relax and focus on ourselves and not only worry about our business…
