Cleansing is good for your gut and skin

Time to cleanse with a juice in the morning

Ingredients:

  • apple,
  • beetroot,
  • carrot,
  • celery,
  • pomegranate,
  • cilantros and if you like it sweeter you can use
  • mango as well.

Pomegranate has a lot of beneficial properties. It cleanses the blood 🩸.
Try to cleanse at least 1 morning per week. You start off with drinking a glass of water with hymalayan salt and even some lemon.
Then you drink your freshpressedjuice but don’t eat or drink anything else till lunch. 
Try to avoid any sugars that are not coming from fruits. 
Just try this once a week and if you’re courageous enough do it 3 to 5 days in a row.
